Mental Health and Wellness Online
Join Velvet Reda, Director of Development at Mental Health Alliance of Rockland County, for a session focused on mental health and wellness. Attendees will develop an understanding of mental health as a continuum and an integral part of overall health, understand the prevalence of mental health problems and impact, recognize signs and symptoms as well as risk and protective factors, and understand treatment and support options as well as the process of recovery.
This session will not count towards Trustee education credits, but will count toward continuing education for librarians as 1 credit hour. For further information, please contact Jen Park, Government Relations Specialist at RCLS, at jen@rcls.org. This session will not be recorded.
