Library Advocacy Day Overview & Information Online
Have you heard of "Library Advocacy Day" occurring but aren't sure how or why we need to advocate for libraries? Why do hundreds of library champions flood the Capitol in Albany each year to meet with their elected officials? What are the logistics to even attending?
This session will answer these questions and more when Jen Park, Government Relations Specialist, reviews information surrounding the 2025 Library Advocacy Day taking place February 5th. Ample time will be provided for Q&A.
