Communication and Sticky Conversations
Tackle handle-with-care conversations in this Director's panel. Whether it be your patrons, staff, or board there will be times when you are faced with conversations that are not only sticky to navigate but may require special tact or language to succeed. Learn from your peers about their wins, losses, and how-to-do better lessons so that your next sticky conversation is handled like a pro.
This session will provide 2 hours of CE credit. This session is not eligible for Trustee Continuing Education. It will follow the RCLS Code of Conduct.
