In this session, the RCLS Community and Digital Equity Consultant, Meaghan Doyle, will talk about the Digital Navigators of the Hudson Valley (DNHV) Program. This program has trained library staff members throughout our service area to help library patrons with a variety of technology issues. In this increasingly digital world, it is more important than ever for libraries to be able to satisfy the communities' technological needs, from access to devices and internet to using social media and filling in digital forms. This service is essential to meeting the needs of most communities. Learn how by participating in the DNHV program, you can turn those services into benefits for your library.
