Trustee Education: RCLS Support for Member Library Advocacy Online
The Handbook for Library Trustees of New York State states "As leaders in the community, trustees must be prepared to discuss the importance of the library at every opportunity." This interactive session will discuss avenues of library stewardship and best practices of engagement as related to different stakeholders. Jen Park will also review the tools and resources available to trustees to support their advocacy of their respective libraries. Be prepared to engage in small group discussions (camera and microphone access are highly encouraged).
