This focus group will be held in-person at the Albert Wisner Public Library in Warwick.

RCLS is preparing to write their 2027-2032 plan of service. To create an effective plan that benefits RCLS, member libraries, and the communities we serve, RCLS is hosting focus groups to gather input from member library staff, directors, and trustees.  

This session is for RCLS member library directors and managers only.  Focus groups will be facilitated by Victor Caputo, CEO of Supernova Consultants.  

Please note: These focus groups will be audio recorded and transcribed to help us accurately capture your input. While the discussion will be transcribed, your identity will remain confidential. No names or identifying details will be included in any reports or shared results. All recordings and transcripts will be stored securely and only accessed by the project team.
