RCLS is preparing to write their 2027-2031 plan of service. To create an effective plan that benefits RCLS, member libraries, and the communities we serve, RCLS is hosting focus groups to gather input from member library staff, directors, and trustees.  

RCLS member library staff are encouraged to attend a focus group that aligns with their job responsibilities but may attend any staff focus group that works with their schedule. Focus groups will be facilitated by Victor Caputo, CEO of Supernova Consultants.  

Please note: These focus groups will be audio recorded and transcribed to help us accurately capture your input. While the discussion will be transcribed, your identity will remain confidential. No names or identifying details will be included in any reports or shared results. All recordings and transcripts will be stored securely and only accessed by the project team.
