Dig in with your Youth Services colleagues for a day of planning, preparation, networking and fun! We will lead an expedition of discovering what a 2026 summer reading program could look like. This 3 hour workshop will include hands-on craft demonstrations, a roundtable discussion about program structure and reward systems, an performer exchange where you can share or find out about reputable performers in our area and finally, tips and tricks for marketing and promotion. Whether this is your first summer reading program or your "too many to want to count" summer, there will be something for you to add to the toolbox of your experience. This workshop will count for 3 hours of CE credit. It does not count toward Trustee continuing education. This workshop will adhere to the RCLS Code of Conduct.
