There are many different techniques cyber criminals use to attack their victims. The number 1 means used in 2021 was phishing. This session will take a deep dive into what phishing is, why it is so popular, and what the typical outcome is if you fall victim to a phishing attack: Ransomware.

Antoinette King PSP, DPPS, founder of Credo Cyber Consulting, LLC, has more than 2 decades of experience in the security industry. She has held roles within the security industry that include Engineered Systems Specialist, Operations Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Key Account Manager in both integration and manufacturing. Drawing on her experience, Antoinette founded Credo Cyber Consulting in 2020 with the goal of providing her clients a holistic perspective on security, bridging the gap between the physical and cybersecurity domains with a focus on data privacy and protection.

Antoinette’s certifications include Board Certified Physical Security Professional - (PSP), certified Data Privacy Protection Specialist (DPPS), and SIA Security Industry Cybersecurity Certification (SICC). Her degrees include A.S. in Criminal Justice, B.S. in Managing Security Systems, and M.S. in Cybersecurity Policy and Risk Management. Antoinette has published and presented on various security topics in several capacities including articles, white papers, keynotes, webinars, panel discussions, and corporate talks.
